Location: Must be based onsite at Fort Meade, MD (DoD Secret Clearance required)

What you will do

• Lead technical oversight and lifecycle management of SharePoint Online and Power Platform solutions.
• Develop and manage complex Power BI dashboards including data modeling and DAX calculations.
• Define and implement governance, standards, and permission structures for 80+ SharePoint sites.
• Execute SharePoint migration and modernization strategies to improve system scalability and performance.
• Analyze and re-engineer core acquisition processes, creating detailed process models for stakeholders.
• Manage contractual documentation and provide strategic technical guidance to leadership.

Requirements

• Active DoD Secret Clearance is mandatory.
• 6–9 years of experience with SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Demonstrated success delivering multi-system dashboards and automated solutions for government clients.
• Experience leading large-scale SharePoint migration and government web modernization projects.
• Expertise in business process analysis and re-engineering within a Federal or DoD context.
• Strong background in managing complex information architecture and advising senior stakeholders.
