TL;DR

Oracle Senior Associate (ERP): Providing advisory and implementation services for Oracle ERP solutions across client organizations with an accent on full life cycle project execution and business process design. Focus on documenting complex requirements, configuring system applications, and ensuring successful user adoption through iterative testing and training.

Location: Must be based in the United States and able to travel up to 40% of the time. This role requires in-person attendance at a GT office or client site at least two days per week.

What you will do

  • Execute full life cycle Oracle ERP implementations from planning through build phases.
  • Document business requirements, map processes, and define transformation goals.
  • Configure applications and perform iterative unit testing to ensure system integrity.
  • Develop training materials and conduct end-user sessions to facilitate smooth deployment.
  • Provide post-production support and assist with ongoing client project requirements.
  • Meet or exceed targeted utilization and billing hours.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, SCM, Information Technology, or MIS.
  • Minimum 2 years of related experience in a consulting practice.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP full life cycle implementations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in software development lifecycles and process flow mapping.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% and work in a hybrid model requiring 2+ days per week in-person.
