What you will do
- Manage and optimize the SIEM platform, monitor alerts, and maintain log sources.
- Execute incident response playbooks and contribute to post-incident improvements.
- Operate cloud security posture management tools and coordinate vulnerability remediation.
- Review security aspects of system changes and maintain tool inventory.
- Support SOX and CIS Controls implementation and assist with security audits.
- Automate repetitive security tasks and stay updated on emerging threat landscapes.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in security operations or SOC roles.
- Hands-on experience with SIEM platforms and vulnerability management tools.
- Practical knowledge of security frameworks like CIS Controls, NIST, or ISO 27001.
- Familiarity with AWS, Infrastructure as Code, and application security tools.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Must be based in Europe (team operates across European time zones).

- Experience building or scaling SIEM/SOC capabilities from the ground up.
- Comfort operating in small, agile teams.
