What you will do

• Manage and optimize the SIEM platform, monitor alerts, and maintain log sources.
• Execute incident response playbooks and contribute to post-incident improvements.
• Operate cloud security posture management tools and coordinate vulnerability remediation.
• Review security aspects of system changes and maintain tool inventory.
• Support SOX and CIS Controls implementation and assist with security audits.
• Automate repetitive security tasks and stay updated on emerging threat landscapes.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in security operations or SOC roles.
• Hands-on experience with SIEM platforms and vulnerability management tools.
• Practical knowledge of security frameworks like CIS Controls, NIST, or ISO 27001.
• Familiarity with AWS, Infrastructure as Code, and application security tools.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Must be based in Europe (team operates across European time zones).

• Experience building or scaling SIEM/SOC capabilities from the ground up.
• Comfort operating in small, agile teams.
• Proactive mindset for driving security program maturity.
