Location: Must work in-person from our office in Saratoga Springs, NY

Salary: $65,000–$85,000 per year

What you will do

• Represent the studio as the primary point of contact for external project partners.
• Develop and maintain project roadmaps, milestone breakdowns, and sprint plans.
• Establish and improve internal processes to ensure project health and team well-being.
• Proactively identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate effective collaboration across distributed teams and time zones.
• Provide direct support and advocacy for internal team members.

Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site in Saratoga Springs, NY.
• Three or more years of professional experience in production or project management.
• Expertise in industry-standard software tools, design documentation, and production processes.
• Proven ability to manage priorities, adapt to change, and meet firm deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving, mediation, and communication skills.
• Demonstrable ability to make sound decisions and think creatively.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Notion.
• Prior experience managing software engineering teams.
