TL;DR

Associate Studio Strategy (Gamedev): Supporting the operational and strategic planning of world-class game studios with an accent on resource management, budget forecasting, and data-driven business analysis. Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Santa Monica, California. Role requires onsite presence four days per week.

Salary: $71,300 - $131,906 annually.

What you will do

  • Manage studio resourcing and long-term planning for Call of Duty development teams.
  • Collect, actualize, and forecast resource data to support studio development initiatives.
  • Partner with Studio Finance to assist in quarterly, annual, and long-range planning.
  • Synthesize unstructured input from studio leads and producers into clear, usable datasets.
  • Drive cross-team projects to optimize organizational performance and operational processes.
  • Develop predictive analytics using historical and current operational data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field.
  • Professional experience in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy/operations.
  • Exceptional proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for quantitative data synthesis.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage relationships across diverse executive stakeholders.
  • Resides in or willing to relocate to Santa Monica, California.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
