What you will do

• Act as the primary point-of-contact for customer stakeholders and project teams.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, including estimation, budgeting, scheduling, and prioritization from concept to release.
• Track resource allocation, expenditures, and project schedules against contractual commitments.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans while improving development pipelines and workflows.
• Facilitate communication between internal/external resources to resolve roadblocks and ensure project goals are met.
• Contribute to department processes and best practices while managing bug assignment and resolution progress.

Requirements

• Must have shipped at least two video game titles, with at least one from inception to launch.
• At least 3 years of experience in a software development Producer or Project Manager role.
• Deep understanding of the game development process across all disciplines.
• Financial and business acumen with experience in budgeting and financial reporting.
• Expertise in project management software, including Jira, Confluence, and Excel.
• Must be capable of working within a hybrid and fast-paced development environment.

Nice to have

• Strong interest in the gaming industry and creating high-quality interactive experiences.
• Experience with Live Operations in a production capacity.
