What you will do
- Utilize tools like Jira and Trello to develop high-level plans and schedules.
- Participate in authoring and responding to Request for Proposal (RFP) materials.
- Support franchise leadership by managing project roadmaps and coordinating administrative, legal, and cross-team workflows.
- Enhance understanding of franchise decision-making and communicate effectively with internal and external teams.
Requirements
- Must be enrolled as a college Junior or Senior (or recent graduate Spring 2026).
- Legal eligibility to work in the United States.
- Availability to work full-time (40 hrs/week) from June 1 to August 21, 2026.
- Ability to work onsite in San Carlos, CA for the first week of onboarding, then remotely from USA or Canada.
- Pursuing a degree in Game Production, Game Design, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.

- Experience or coursework in production, coordination, or organizational skills such as asset organization, workflow tracking, or documentation management.
- Exposure to industry-standard project management and collaboration tools.
