What you will do

• Lead infrastructure projects and coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple entities
• Manage project schedules, risks, dependencies, and reporting
• Ensure adherence to Project Management best practices and governance
• Facilitate communication with stakeholders, vendors, and executive management
• Drive project decision-making, prioritization, and escalation when needed

Requirements

• Must be based in Porto, Portugal
• Strong knowledge of Project Management methodologies (PMP, Prince2, Agile preferred)
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a multi-entity, multi-stakeholder environment
• Basic understanding of Network, Systems, End-User Computing, Cloud, AI, and Automation
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field

Nice to have

• Experience as a Project Manager in infrastructure projects
• Previous experience in financial services infrastructure projects
