What you will do

• Develop system-level software in C/C++ for specialized audio and video hardware.
• Implement and maintain interfaces for Linux media subsystems including V4L2 and ALSA.
• Manage audio and video stream processing, including containers, codecs, and sampling parameters.
• Integrate multimedia libraries such as FFmpeg and computer vision tools like OpenCV.
• Engineer and debug Linux USB gadget devices and protocols.
• Conduct technical research and prototyping to evaluate hardware behavior and standards.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in C and C++ programming.
• Extensive experience with Linux-based system development.
• Deep familiarity with V4L2, ALSA, and FFmpeg/libav.
• Solid understanding of audio/video fundamentals and USB architecture.
• Must be available for on-site work 4 days a week to support effective team collaboration.
• Strong research, documentation, and debugging skills.
