Requirements

• Proven track record of delivering production-grade products using an AI-driven approach.
• Mastery in using AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor, WindSurf, GPT APIs, LLMs) across the entire development lifecycle.
• Strong technical foundation in AWS, .NET, Python, and MongoDB.
• Obsessed with delivery: you ship, you improve, you own the outcome.
• Comfortable moving fast, taking ownership, and constantly pushing for better, faster, smarter execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering high-quality, production-grade features faster than traditional teams.
• Ability to independently own the full lifecycle of feature delivery through AI-first methods.
• Experience in identifying and driving improvements in velocity, automation, and team efficiency.
• Mentorship experience in using AI as a multiplier across development.
