What you will do

• Design and build core systems for multi-agent orchestration and execution in production.
• Develop an automation layer for agent-driven business workflows with structured data and human-in-the-loop reviews.
• Architect systems that dynamically generate functional user interfaces from agent outputs.
• Own the integration layer and MCP infrastructure connecting the platform to external tools like Salesforce and Notion.
• Shape the overall platform architecture and define next-generation AI-augmented engineering standards.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, including senior or staff-level roles.
• Must be based in Latin America.
• Production experience building agentic AI systems running against real data with real users.
• Deep expertise in LLM integration: prompt engineering, tool use, RAG, and structured output parsing.
• Strong backend fundamentals in TypeScript/Node.js, event-driven architectures, and distributed systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with MCP servers, LLM-based validation, or spec-driven development.
• Background in high-growth startups.
