What you will do

• Take end-to-end ownership of backend services within a cross-functional domain team.
• Design and implement high-performance REST APIs on AWS infrastructure.
• Monitor and optimize production backend services to ensure scalability and reliability.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and frontend engineers to ship high-quality features.
• Build and maintain fault-tolerant, distributed microservices.
• Actively participate in the development of real-time, geo-located applications.

Requirements

• Strong professional experience in backend development.
• Advanced proficiency in Java 21+ with Spring Boot and Node.js.
• Solid experience with AWS services and infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, and Elasticsearch.
• Proven ability to work in agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments.
• English language proficiency required (C1 level).

Nice to have

• Experience with AI agentic tools (LLM agents, AI copilots, Claude Code).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline management.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related fields.
