What you will do

• Develop and maintain backend services for AdTech solutions supporting local delivery markets globally.
• Design and optimize scalable, high-load, low-latency microservices architectures.
• Collaborate in cross-functional squads following the “we build it, we run it” principle.
• Deploy frequently using cloud-native tools and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Ensure code quality and testing standards are met.
• Contribute to business domain understanding and solution improvements.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Berlin, Germany
• 4+ years of backend software development experience.
• Strong knowledge of microservices and service-oriented architectures.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud providers.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Redis or Elasticsearch.
• Knowledge of Terraform, Helm, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools like Datadog and Grafana.
• Interest or experience in leveraging AI technologies.
