What you will do
- Guide customers through the onboarding process to ensure successful platform adoption and committed usage levels.
- Lead personalized training sessions and create educational resources to empower users.
- Design and execute mutual activity plans with clear milestones tied to specific customer outcomes.
- Provide insights based on data analytics to contribute to business reviews and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with account executives to mitigate churn risks and advocate for technical stakeholders.
- Support business case development and communicate the ROI of platform solutions to decision-makers.
Requirements
- Technical expertise in Kubernetes, Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP), or observability platforms.
- Proven experience in customer-facing technical roles like Solutions Engineering, Technical Support, or Technical Account Management.
- Strong proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, PHP, .NET, Ruby, Node.js, Python, or SQL scripting.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with technical stakeholders and translate business requirements into actionable plans.
- Must have existing work authorization for Australia as visa sponsorship is not provided.
Nice to have
- Experience with sales frameworks like MEDDPICC.
- Previous experience in the SaaS sector.
