Customer Success Engineer (Cybersecurity)

TL;DR

Customer Success Engineer (Cybersecurity): Providing existing hirify.global customers with technical product solutions with an accent on supporting the adoption of the hirify.global platform and services within the customer environment. Focus on deployment health and value interventions, identifying additional or new use cases for hirify.global usage within the customer environment.

Location: Hybrid, 2-3 days in office in Denver, Phoenix, Dallas, or Chicago.

Salary: $85k-$95k on the base, plus commission 80/20 split. Final offer will be determined by years of experience and location.

What you will do

• Act as a hirify.global and security expert and consultant to customers.
• Conduct deployment discovery and architecture design reviews for existing customers.
• Work with customers to learn their priorities and map to technical solutions.
• Utilize strong, respectful communication to form productive relationships with customers, partners, peers, and cross-functional internal teams.
• Maintain organized and timely documentation, account administration, and updates of internal systems.
• Be mentored by and in turn provide mentorship to members of the CSE team on areas of particular expertise.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a relevant role in the cybersecurity industry.
• Strong knowledge of both on-premise and cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience within the cyber security industry preferred.
• Confident, polished communicator with a proven ability to build lasting, critical business relationships.
• Fluent in Spanish is a plus.
