What you will do

• Modernize and fine-tune IT systems to support autonomous and agentic AI workflows securely and efficiently.
• Partner with the Director of AI Enablement & IT to operationalize AI initiatives using tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Zapier.
• Administer and optimize core IT domains, including Identity Providers and Mobile Device Management.
• Manage and streamline the SaaS stack, including Google Workspace and Linear.
• Assist in creating playbooks and training resources to help teams adopt new AI tools seamlessly.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in IT systems engineering, IT support, or a related technical role.
• Demonstrated experience designing and deploying intelligent systems that automate cross-platform workflows and prepare infrastructure for AI-driven scale.
• Strong, hands-on administrative experience with Identity Providers (Okta) and Mobile Device Management (Rippling IT).
• Proven track record of managing and integrating modern SaaS applications (Google Workspace, Linear, etc.).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts and business impact clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
