What you will do

• Handle daily operational tasks with exceptional attention to detail.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an operational or data driven role.
• Advanced knowledge in working with large data sets in Excel (VLOOKUPS, Pivot tables, Macros, etc.).
• Intermediate experience using SQL for self-service/ad-hoc reporting (data visualization experience is a plus).
• Very detail and process oriented, with a high level of accuracy.
• A natural love for data, and a curiosity about digging in to find answers.
• Strong oral and written skills; ability to communicate across all levels.

Nice to have

• General understanding of enterprise-level billing systems.
• Experience working with teams spanning multiple time-zones and flexible working hours.
• Familiarity with Jira, SFDC, CODA, Smartsheet, QuickBase, Tableau.
