What you will do

• Develop financial and operational metrics to drive business efficiencies and provide insights for executive leadership.
• Support core FP&A processes, including monthly close and quarterly forecasting cycles.
• Partner with accounting to ensure accurate financial entries and reporting.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and sales operations on pricing and go-to-market strategies.
• Implement and drive new financial processes to improve business strategy and performance tracking.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or business operations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a quantitative discipline.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL and Python.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools like Looker or Sisense.
