What you will do
- Develop and implement comprehensive technology strategies aligned with core business objectives.
- Manage IT operations, ensuring the efficiency, security, and scalability of all internal and external systems.
- Provide senior leadership to the technology team, fostering a culture of innovation and high performance.
- Oversee technology budgets and resource allocation to optimize delivery and performance.
- Ensure strict compliance with technology standards, industry regulations, and cybersecurity protocols.
- Collaborate across functional departments to integrate and scale technology solutions within the B2B2C ecosystem.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Frankfurt am Main or Vienna for hybrid work.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of professional experience in IT management.
- 5+ years of experience in a formal leadership role.
- Proficiency in architecture design, cybersecurity, infrastructure management, and SDLC.
- Strong ability in strategic decision-making and stakeholder management.
- CISSP or equivalent certification is preferred.
