What you will do

• Lead and develop the Power Boiler Automation engineering team aligned with company strategy and vision
• Manage team budgeting, resource allocation, and productivity improvements
• Arrange engineering and site resources efficiently for projects and oversee project execution
• Collaborate closely with all hirify.global entities and support sales activities
• Participate in project and engineering reviews, ensuring quality and competitive cost estimations

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Raaba-Grambach, Austria (office-based)
• Minimum 10 years experience in automation/electrification engineering or project management in industrial sector
• Degree in Automation, Electrification, or Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent
• Strong leadership skills with proven track record in complex investment projects and team development
• Fluency in English and German (working languages)
• Preferably in-depth knowledge of power boiler systems and AEI in pulp industry
