What you will do
- Partner with business owners to cultivate a shared vision for the problem space and priorities.
- Optimize live user workflows and capabilities through monitoring metrics and user feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams and end users to understand requirements and design solutions.
- Write detailed user stories for new features, capturing rationale, requirements, and success criteria.
- Develop short- and long-term roadmaps that deliver maximum value with minimum risk.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience in technology, technology-enabled services, or SaaS products.
- Experience using data and primary research to inform solution design.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Product development experience in the context of a healthcare technology product.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with an emphasis on problem-solving.
Nice to have
- Intermediate understanding of EHR data integration and applicable data standards (e.g. FHIR).
- Knowledge of healthcare administrative and clinical data sets.
- Experience working with EHR, practice management, revenue cycle, or population health products.
- Experience in healthcare interoperability standards and integration protocols.
- Knowledge of SQL, ideally with PostgreSQL experience.
