Location: United States (Remote), with TN, OH preferred. Limited travel based on client or business needs.

What you will do

• Co-create product strategy and multi-quarter roadmaps with clients, ensuring alignment to measurable business outcomes.
• Lead product discovery with internal team members, translating business strategy into prioritized epics, detailed user stories, and clearly defined KPIs.
• Serve as the primary product interface across business leaders, engineering, UX, and data teams, driving cross-functional alignment and delivery.
• Operate within Agile/Scrum or SAFe environments, leading backlog prioritization and incremental value delivery using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and Figma.
• Drive AI-enabled product initiatives from problem framing through launch and iteration, partnering with design and engineering teams (including AI/ML/RPA) to define requirements.
• Apply strong business acumen within hirify.global target industries (Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain, Fleet) to translate operational processes into scalable digital solutions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Digital Strategy, or a related discipline.
• Experience leading enterprise-level product initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to run workshops and facilitate roadmap planning.
• Strong experience writing detailed product requirements and user stories.
• Experience delivering AI-enabled or data-driven products.
• Experience working in Agile environments with one or more Agile certifications (CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, SAFe Agilist).
• Proficiency with Jira and/or Azure DevOps.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• At least 3+ years experience in consulting or professional services environments.
• Experience in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain.
• Familiarity with GenAI tools for product discovery and prototyping.
• PMP Certification.
• Advanced degree in Business, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
• Experience with digital adoption strategies.
