What you will do

• Co-create product strategy and multi-quarter roadmaps aligned to measurable business outcomes.
• Lead product discovery including workshops and translating strategy into prioritized epics and KPIs.
• Serve as primary product interface across business, engineering, UX, and data teams.
• Operate within Agile/Scrum or SAFe environments, managing backlog prioritization and delivery.
• Drive AI-enabled product initiatives from problem framing through launch and iteration.
• Develop executive-ready product narratives and support client adoption and training.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States, preference for Tennessee or Ohio
• 7+ years of product management or related experience with enterprise-level initiatives.
• Experience delivering AI-enabled or data-driven products in Agile environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead stakeholder alignment.
• Proficiency with Jira and/or Azure DevOps and Agile certifications.

Nice to have

• Consulting or professional services experience.
• Experience in Logistics, Transportation, or Supply Chain industries.
• Familiarity with GenAI tools for product discovery and prototyping.
• PMP certification and advanced degrees in relevant fields.
• Experience with digital adoption strategies.
