Platform Operations Associate Consultant (hirify.global): Responsible for the planning, deployment, implementation, and operational support of the hirify.global platform and related applications with an accent on initial customer engagement, planning, installation, optimization/utility. Focus on providing technical implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting assistance with the deployment of the hirify.global Falcon platform, assisting customer with operationalizing all modules and integrating hirify.global into existing tools.

Location: Remote (Canada)

Salary: $75,000 - $110,000 CAD per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits

What you will do

• Provide technical implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting assistance with the deployment of the hirify.global Falcon platform and associated applications.
• Assist customers with operationalizing all modules of the Falcon platform and integrating hirify.global into existing tools.
• Troubleshoot customer issues across small to large enterprises.
• Develop scripting and application solutions using Falcon APIs.
• Support both Incident Response and Compromise Assessment teams with deployment of Falcon and Falcon Forensics Collectors.
• Work closely and collaboratively with Platform Professional Services team to develop customer facing collateral.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.
• 2 years of experience performing IT deployments or in an end user/customer environment.
• Knowledgeable on Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms.
• Experience with communications and effective ability to build collaborative relationships.
• Solid analytical/problem solving skills with capability to identify solutions to unusual and complex problems.
• Proactive and thorough ability to manage work and prioritize customer projects.

Nice to have

• Experience with Falcon platform, AV, and EDR solutions.
• Experience with SCCM, Group Policy, McAfee EPO, IBM BigFix, Puppet, Chef, Citrix, PDQ, PsExec.
• Experience with Host based firewall, File Integrity Management, Data Protection, Vulnerability Management, Attack Surface Management, IT Automation.
