Business Analyst (Audio)

TL;DR

Business Analyst (Audio): Translating business needs into clear requirements, enabling the delivery of projects that support the shift from traditional broadcasting to cloud‑based solutions with an accent on gathering, analysing and documenting requirements. Focus on mapping AS‑IS and TO‑BE processes, leading workshops and supporting Agile ceremonies.

Location: Hybrid – 2–3 office days weekly in our London office.

What you will do

• Gather, analyse, and document requirements for projects.
• Map AS‑IS and TO‑BE processes.
• Lead workshops and stakeholder sessions.
• Support package/software implementation.
• Work with PMs to define scope and deliverables.
• Contribute to testing, user readiness, and BAU handover.

Requirements

• Experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
• AS‑IS / TO‑BE process mapping (Visio required).
• Experience working in Agile teams.
• Package or product implementation experience.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Excellent communicator and stakeholder partner.
• Legal right to work in the UK

Nice to have

• Media, audio broadcasting, telco or gaming sector exposure.
• Experience producing business cases.
• Familiarity with Miro.
• Exposure to cloud environments such as AWS.
