Location: Munich office with 1-2+ office days per week

What you will do

• Support and drive AI, automation, and data projects across different departments (Finance, Operations, Product, People).
• Work on automation use cases that applies state-of-the-art AI models, and experimental prototypes to improve internal workflows.
• Help maintain, improve or build data structures, reports, and analyses - or explore completely new data use cases.
• Take ownership of your own projects from idea to implementation.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and translate business problems into technical solutions.
• Support internal IT setup and act as a first point of contact for internal IT-related questions and support onboarding and offboarding from an IT perspective.

Requirements

• Must be an enrolled student in computer science, data science, (business) informatics, (business) mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong interest in AI, automation, and data, ideally with first hands-on experience.
• Solid Python skills and enjoy working on practical, real-world use cases; SQL skills are a plus.
• Enjoy working on different topics in parallel and are comfortable with a dynamic, project-based setup.
• Proactive, curious, and motivated to learn, and not afraid to figure things out independently.
• Communicate confidently in English; German is a plus.
