What you will do

• Design, build, and deploy predictive and generative AI systems for marketplace and fintech applications
• Own complex quantitative modeling and ML use cases end-to-end, including deployment and monitoring
• Integrate ML and GenAI components into scalable product systems
• Translate product and business goals into robust data-driven solutions
• Monitor model performance and continuously improve reliability and impact
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to deliver AI-enabled features

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Munich, Germany
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years experience building and deploying quantitative and ML systems in production
• Strong knowledge of economics, pricing, or business operations as subject matter expert
• Hands-on skills in Python, SQL, modern ML frameworks, and cloud infrastructure (AWS or similar)
• Experience with ML methods, evaluation, monitoring, MLOps, and API deployment
