What you will do

• Own the design and development of end-to-end scientific systems and algorithms.
• Collaborate with scientists and interns to deploy solutions into production environments.
• Create technical white papers and project roadmaps for hirify.global Science initiatives.
• Work with cross-functional teams to tackle complex business challenges.
• Participate in team initiatives and contribute to hirify.global’s customer-focused culture.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Master's or PhD degree program in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Engineering, or Statistics.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Ability to work onsite in designated EMEA locations.
• Passion for inventing and implementing solutions for complex technical problems.

• Experience in designing experiments and statistical analysis of results.
• Practical experience implementing algorithms using established toolkits.
