What you will do

• Build and lead the Finance Data Center of Excellence, establishing data standards, governance, and promoting data literacy.
• Define and implement financial data architecture and strategy, collaborating with IT on Snowflake data platform integration.
• Lead finance data aspects of system migration projects, including mapping and validation of data.
• Own data quality and continuous improvement through monitoring and issue resolution.
• Develop analytical models and support automation of reporting processes with modern BI tools.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Technology, Finance, and business teams to align data priorities.

Requirements

• Location: Based in London, United Kingdom
• Strong experience in finance, FP&A, data analytics, or finance systems roles.
• Proven expertise with enterprise data platforms, ideally Snowflake, and ERP systems like SAP.
• Hands-on skills in SQL, data modelling, and BI/reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience with major system transformations and migrations.
• Ability to translate complex financial requirements into robust data solutions and collaborate effectively across functions.
