What you will do

• Collaborate with the engineering team and product manager to solve customer problems.
• Deliver functionality used by customers and functionality that helps teams integrate their products.
• Collaborate with the SRE team to create a robust, scalable, and secure SaaS solution.
• Integrate and work with LLMs and other AI services to deliver intelligent features.
• Contribute to and maintain an automated test suite.
• Own and evolve semantic search for the knowledge base, focusing on scope, quality, performance, and cost.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software development experience.
• Knowledge of Python, including API frameworks (FastAPI), async I/O, and typing/Pydantic.
• Familiarity with the full software development lifecycle and agile ways of working.
• Comfortable using AI-powered development tools.
• Knowledge of testing with pytest and integration tests against external services.
• Experience designing and building scalable and distributed systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure, AWS, GCP, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of LLMs, AI Agents, and MCP (Model Context Protocol).
• Practical prompt engineering skills.
• Exposure to LangChain or similar AI/LLM orchestration frameworks.
