What you will do

• Develop efficient and secure backend applications integrating new AI technologies.
• Research and apply AI-based technologies to drive product optimization and innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the product lifecycle.
• Contribute to backend systems supporting multiple products within the hirify.global ecosystem.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial Python development experience in scalable backend services.
• Strong proficiency with Docker for containerization and deployment.
• Expertise in building autonomous or semi-autonomous agents (e.g., LangGraph, Pydantic AI Agents).
• Experience designing automated evaluation pipelines and implementing production monitoring.
• Knowledge of AI security principles including prompt injection prevention and safety guardrails.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of C#, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Experience with transformer architectures, PEFT/LoRA fine-tuning, and self-hosting models.
• Prior experience with hirify.global products.
