What you will do
- Act as strategic sparring partner for business units, translating needs into company-wide people strategies
- Identify patterns, risks, and opportunities within business units and turn insights into actions
- Collaborate with Works Council and negotiate framework agreements
- Drive and implement people initiatives in leadership development, performance, and culture
- Support change processes including growth, restructuring, and integration
- Ensure consistent application of people standards balancing pragmatism and business orientation
Requirements
- Several years of experience as HR / People Business Partner or similar strategic role
- Solid knowledge of German labor law and practical experience
- Experience leading and implementing people projects from concept to rollout
- Analytical thinking and curiosity about HR tech and innovative tools
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders
- Business fluent in German and English
