What you will do
- Lead enablement strategy for all Commerce product releases ensuring readiness across internal and external teams.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Education teams to translate features into effective learning experiences.
- Build and optimize scalable frameworks and processes for readiness milestones and communications.
- Serve as main liaison for enablement across Commerce business line aligning with go-to-market strategy.
- Develop engaging learning resources, demos, and workshops for teams, partners, and customers.
- Define and measure key success metrics to improve enablement effectiveness continuously.
Requirements
- Proven experience in product enablement, operations, or software implementation, ideally in SaaS or B2B technology.
- Success leading cross-functional release readiness programs aligning Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and program management skills in fast-paced environments.
- Location: Must be based in Canada or able to work remotely with possible travel to office locations in Quebec, Montreal, Weert, or London.
Nice to have
- Experience in Commerce technology, AI-driven ecosystems, or customer experience platforms.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles, instructional design, and enablement tools such as LMS platforms.
- Ability to design and implement process frameworks or governance models across distributed teams.
