What you will do
- Recruit, mentor, and retain top engineering talent to maintain high standards and velocity.
- Drive product features from design to production, balancing speed with architectural integrity.
- Collaborate across teams to build foundational platform features like billing, workspaces, and notifications.
- Establish an operational culture of observability and reliability for customer-facing services.
- Provide hands-on technical guidance, including code reviews and architectural support for multi-tenant products.
- Participate in stand-by, on-call, and off-hours duties as required by production services.
Requirements
- Must be based in Poland.
- 2+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager or Technical Lead in product or SaaS platform environments.
- Strong technical background as a Tech Lead or Staff+ engineer in backend systems.
- Advanced proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js.
- Demonstrated experience running production systems with on-call rotation responsibilities.
- Proven track record of shipping customer-facing features and managing architectural debt.

- Experience with React or modern frontend frameworks.
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure and managed service architectures.
