What you will do

• Recruit, mentor, and retain top engineering talent to maintain high standards and velocity.
• Drive product features from design to production, balancing speed with architectural integrity.
• Collaborate across teams to build foundational platform features like billing, workspaces, and notifications.
• Establish an operational culture of observability and reliability for customer-facing services.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance, including code reviews and architectural support for multi-tenant products.
• Participate in stand-by, on-call, and off-hours duties as required by production services.

Requirements

• Must be based in Poland.
• 2+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager or Technical Lead in product or SaaS platform environments.
• Strong technical background as a Tech Lead or Staff+ engineer in backend systems.
• Advanced proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js.
• Demonstrated experience running production systems with on-call rotation responsibilities.
• Proven track record of shipping customer-facing features and managing architectural debt.

Nice to have

• Experience with React or modern frontend frameworks.
• Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure and managed service architectures.
