What you will do
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients as their primary point of contact.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive growth, retention, and satisfaction.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and propose tailored solutions to address client business objectives.
- Identify and execute opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional services.
- Manage contract negotiations and renewals to ensure favorable terms.
- Monitor account performance metrics and provide regular reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven track record in account management or a related field handling complex client portfolios.
- Strong understanding of the industry landscape, market trends, and client needs.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic account plans aligning with company goals.
- Excellent negotiation skills with experience in complex contract management.
- Must be based in Thailand or able to work within the local market.
