What you will do
- Develop and execute sales plans and partnership strategies in the territory
- Proactively prospect and qualify new logo sales pipeline
- Manage existing accounts and expand revenue through upselling and cross-selling
- Close business to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
- Build strong customer relationships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and opportunity management
Requirements
- Must be based in Bangkok, Thailand
- 5+ years experience in hunting sales roles with consistent above-target performance
- Experience selling databases, data platforms, or enterprise software
- Fluent in Thai and English languages
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with C-Suite executives
- Experience with Salesforce.com or equivalent CRM systems
Nice to have
- Experience in Digital Native Segment, Financial Services, or Telecom sectors
- Experience working with local partners such as distributors and system integrators
