What you will do
- Manage pre-sale and post-sale technical support activities.
- Assess customer needs and prepare product specifications for customized applications.
- Communicate with design engineering on product reliability issues.
- Collaborate with marketing and product managers to define new products and provide field insights.
- Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure efficient function operation.
Requirements
- Location: Based in Bangkok, Thailand
- Four-year college degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years functional experience including at least 1 year in a similar position.
- Ability to work independently with general supervision on moderate to complex projects.
- General proficiency with various tools, systems, and procedures.
