What you will do

  • Configure, maintain, and optimize AI-driven chatbot flows, intents, and data sources.
  • Review conversation metrics to identify gaps, fallback patterns, and improvement opportunities.
  • Govern the knowledge structure across Help Center and internal documentation to ensure synchronization with AI layers.
  • Analyze support ticket trends to identify content gaps and translate insights into actionable product improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including CX and Product enablement to maintain information accuracy.
  • Contribute to broader CX Delivery initiatives such as workflow automation and operational scaling.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in CX, Support Operations, or Knowledge Management.
  • Hands-on experience with chatbot management tools (e.g., Zendesk, Ultimate).
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience managing structured knowledge bases and taxonomy.
  • English language proficiency required for verbal and written communication.
  • Organized, detail-oriented mindset with a focus on governance and process scalability.
