What you will do
- Achieve a 15% quarterly ARPU increase by optimizing product value, retention, and engagement.
- Build and optimize retention loops to deepen user satisfaction and extend subscription lifetime.
- Analyze user behavior and feedback to identify engagement gaps and implement product improvements.
- Lead hypothesis-driven work from research and design to production and final performance review.
- Maintain exceptional UX standards while scaling high-impact features.
Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience with a proven track record in ARPU or retention growth.
- Must be located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET.
- Strong ability to extract actionable insights from product data and cohort analysis.
- Deep expertise in user lifecycle, retention psychology, and subscription business models.
- Hands-on ownership of the full product development cycle.
- Proficiency with analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
