What you will do

• Lead the vision and roadmap for the hirify.global Menu as a proactive AI-powered hub across platforms.
• Drive integration of GenAI and Multi-Agent chat for workflow automation and knowledge interaction.
• Own product lifecycle from ideation to go-to-market with end-to-end accountability.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to ensure seamless omnipresent experience.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to validate feature ideas and user insights.
• Engage with customers to understand AI needs and promote AI adoption.

Requirements

• Must have 6+ years of product management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience in SaaS B2B tech startups or companies.
• Prior experience in AI product development or GenAI capabilities.
• Familiarity with omnipresent experiences across platforms is an advantage.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to drive complex development processes.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
• Curiosity and empathy for users with focus on intuitive experiences.
