What you will do
- Contact patients regarding scheduled consultations, payments, and incomplete assessments.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments between patients and doctors.
- Manage patient inquiries and provide support via the LINE messaging platform.
- Conduct patient interviews to gather essential health and care information.
- Send proactive communication to ensure patient adherence and support.
Requirements
- Currently a university student or have 1-2 years of corporate experience
- Native-level Japanese proficiency
- Good command of English
- Ability to establish trust and provide supportive communication
- Comfortable using computers and digital tools
