What you will do

• Monitor and manage overall trading risk exposure across CFD products including Forex, futures, and cryptocurrencies.
• Execute and supervise hedge trades with liquidity providers to maintain balanced exposure.
• Oversee daily dealing desk operations including pricing feeds, spreads, and platform stability.
• Analyze client trading behavior to identify abnormal activities such as arbitrage or latency abuse.
• Manage risk parameters including leverage, margin requirements, and trading limits.
• Mentor junior dealers and provide operational support during volatile market conditions.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in dealing, trading operations, or dealing desk roles within CFD or Forex brokerage.
• Strong knowledge of CFD products, leveraged trading, and derivatives markets.
• Hands-on experience with MetaTrader platforms (MT4/MT5).
• Solid understanding of A-book/B-book risk management models and hedging strategies.
• Experience working with liquidity bridges such as OneZero, PrimeXM, or similar systems.
• Ability to work on rotational shifts.

Nice to have

• CySEC Advanced Certificate.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, or Python for exposure analysis.
