What you will do

• Execute client orders according to best execution policy and within set risk limits.
• Contribute to building trading infrastructure across exchange, prime brokerage, spot, and derivatives services.
• Manage and supervise relationships with digital asset exchanges, OTC dealers, liquidity providers, and market-makers.
• Manage the proprietary trading portfolio and handle hedging activities within risk limits.
• Ensure proper trade execution and settlement in collaboration with back-office and operations teams.
• Produce daily newsletters and ad-hoc research papers regarding digital assets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, finance, or business administration.
• 3 years of trading experience with cryptos, FX, or derivatives at regulated financial institutions.
• Holder of the advanced CySEC certificate or willingness to take the exam immediately.
• Strong quantitative skills and deep understanding of blockchain technologies.
• Fluent in English; Greek is a strong plus.
• Must be based in Nicosia, Cyprus.
