Location: Hybrid, must be based in or able to commute to Central London (3 days a week in office)

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain end-to-end features for new product initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to shape technical and product requirements.
• Develop and evolve backend APIs and microservices.
• Write clean, well-tested, and scalable code across the full stack.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and pair programming.
• Mentor and support junior engineers to raise the technical bar of the team.

Requirements

• Must be able to work in the Central London office three days a week (Mon, Tue, Thu).
• Strong engineering fundamentals and problem-solving skills.
• Versatile experience with modern web technologies such as React, Node, and TypeScript.
• Experience designing and maintaining scalable backend services and APIs.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional, international team.
• Passion for mentoring and improving team development practices.
