TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or able to work from Ottawa or Toronto (proximity to government customers required), with 20-40% travel anticipated.

What you will do

• Build and ship features for the North AI workspace platform.
• Develop autonomous agents capable of interacting with sensitive enterprise data.
• Lead end-to-end deployment of AI solutions in private cloud and on-premises environments.
• Collaborate directly with public sector customers to understand technical challenges and implement solutions.
• Work across the entire product lifecycle from conceptualization to production rollout.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Python, with experience shipping production-grade applications.
• Experience building and deploying performant RAG or agentic systems.
• Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Ottawa or Toronto for client proximity.
• Active Top Secret security clearance strongly preferred or eligibility/willingness to obtain one.
• Ability to work across the stack, including infrastructure and deployment planning.
• Experience in client-facing technical roles.
