What you will do

  • Develop deep expertise in the platform to drive client workflows and strategic goals.
  • Build and execute tailored success plans to maximize product expansion and adoption.
  • Lead regular strategic business reviews to keep clients informed on roadmap and platform capabilities.
  • Partner with Account Managers and Product Specialists to identify cross-sell and integration opportunities.
  • Advocate for regional product feedback and feature needs within internal product and engineering teams.
  • Design and implement scalable client success processes for the Dubai and broader EMEA region.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in financial services, fintech, or SaaS.
  • Deep understanding of the Middle East investment and wealth management landscape.
  • Proven track record in client-facing roles such as Client Success, Relationship Management, or Implementation.
  • Ability to engage senior stakeholders and influence across teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset for distilling complex problems into clear action plans.
  • Willingness to travel within the region as client needs dictate.
