What you will do

• Lead AI visioning, strategy design, and roadmapping for public sector engagements.
• Advise C-level and senior government stakeholders on AI opportunities and governance standards.
• Architect and supervise end-to-end AI Factory projects, from ideation to deployment, ensuring alignment with national priorities.
• Define product requirements and technical specifications; shepherd agile delivery across discovery to deployment.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact use cases with measurable outcomes.
• Ensure AI products are scalable, secure, and compliant with responsible AI practices.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years in AI, data, digital transformation, or technical product leadership.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale AI/ML, Gen AI, LLMs, or advanced analytics products.
• Strong product management experience across discovery, design, build, and deployment.
• Experience presenting to and influencing C-suite and senior public-sector leaders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Practical understanding of LLMs, agentic systems, MLOps, data platforms, and cloud architectures.
