What you will do

• Guide merchants and PSP partners through the end-to-end integration lifecycle, including design, testing, and go-live support.
• Lead technical discussions with merchant engineering teams to ensure optimal implementation of payment APIs.
• Act as the primary liaison between merchants, product management, and internal engineering to resolve integration challenges.
• Educate partners on best practices, API usage, and payment flow optimization for web and mobile.
• Collaborate with product teams to identify and close functionality gaps based on merchant feedback and market trends.
• Conduct comprehensive testing to validate payment flows and ensure launch readiness.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in payment integrations, fintech, or technical merchant-facing roles.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and technical integration workflows.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
• Proven ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working with payment gateways or PSPs.
• Understanding of crypto or Web3 payment infrastructure is a significant advantage.

• Experience with web or mobile technologies such as JavaScript, Node.js, HTML5, Java, or Python.
