What you will do
- Design and deliver the company’s overall risk management strategy and insurance portfolio management.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage ERM strategies across financial, operational, and technology risk domains.
- Manage annual insurance renewals, including underwriting submissions, carrier negotiations, and data collection.
- Oversee claims management processes to ensure timely investigation and resolution.
- Lead policy development and process improvement initiatives for insurance programs.
- Prepare insurance budgets, forecasts, and cost-allocation models.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in risk management or a closely related finance discipline.
- 3+ years of experience managing people or leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Proven track record in managing insurance programs and ERM frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial analysis and reporting platforms.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment based in Charlotte, NC.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- Professional certifications such as CRM, CRMP, ARM, CIA, CISA, or PMP.
- Experience in the telecommunications or infrastructure industry.
