What you will do

• Design and deliver the company’s overall risk management strategy and insurance portfolio management.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage ERM strategies across financial, operational, and technology risk domains.
• Manage annual insurance renewals, including underwriting submissions, carrier negotiations, and data collection.
• Oversee claims management processes to ensure timely investigation and resolution.
• Lead policy development and process improvement initiatives for insurance programs.
• Prepare insurance budgets, forecasts, and cost-allocation models.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in risk management or a closely related finance discipline.
• 3+ years of experience managing people or leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven track record in managing insurance programs and ERM frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial analysis and reporting platforms.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment based in Charlotte, NC.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• Professional certifications such as CRM, CRMP, ARM, CIA, CISA, or PMP.
• Experience in the telecommunications or infrastructure industry.
