Client Services Analyst (Fintech)

Client Services Analyst (Fintech): Supporting hirify.global’s U.S. Options and Equities Exchanges by providing technical guidance and issue resolution to market participants with an accent on maintaining high-quality service and operational excellence. Focus on collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, improve response times, and enhance system reliability for exchange clients.

Location: Must be based in Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid role, 3 days per week in-office required).

What you will do

• Act as a front-line representative for market participants, including Market Makers and floor trading personnel.
• Provide day-to-day guidance, timely technical support, and effective issue resolution.
• Design and maintain client solutions to meet defined SLAs and KPIs.
• Perform root-cause analysis for production issues in partnership with internal teams.
• Collaborate across Product, Development, and Operations teams to communicate client requirements.
• Manage end-to-end case lifecycles, from initial investigation to final communication and closure.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in client services, technical support, or financial services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong prioritization, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and adaptability to new technical systems.
• Must be able to work on-site in Philadelphia, PA at least 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Background in options or equities markets.
• Exposure to matching engine systems or trading platforms.
