What you will do
- Provide active user support and manage tickets related to internal and external technology platforms.
- Investigate root causes and troubleshoot issues or coordinate with engineering and product teams to resolve bugs.
- Develop and maintain documentation to support the Application Support team.
- Share knowledge about feature launches and known issues to improve team effectiveness.
- Analyze ticket trends and report insights to engineering and product teams for platform improvements.
Requirements
- Location: Must have a permanent address in NY, NJ, PA, CT, NC, GA, or FL for remote work option or be able to work onsite in New York, NY.
- 1+ years of relevant experience in software or customer support roles.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and technical comfort with software engineering concepts.
- Excellent written communication and emotional intelligence for user support.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; SQL is a plus.
